Up and Down #WobblesWednesday

Written by Jeannette

Welcome to Wobbles Wednesday, a support forum where we can share ideas/tips and progress on the way to a healthier lifestyle. Please add in comments/posts via the comments section as linkies don't seem to work for me.

The title of today's post not only reflects how I've been feeling but the scales. Frustratingly I weighed myself three times and got three different results:

Attempt 1 - 4lb off

Attempt 2 - stayed the same

Attempt 3 - 1lb on

All within two minutes, time to search for some greater measure of accuracy I think.

I've been feeling a bit despondent about blogging this week, knowing that I could promote the autism blog but not wanting to appear pushy. That's me all over, always has been, the one on the outside of the "cool circle" looking in, wishing I had the confidence to be the centre of attention but knowing I wouldn't enjoy it.

After a fantastic school year last year, my daughter is experiencing issues and anxieties within her new setting, it's not making her happy and it's not doing much for me either. Hopefully time will rectify things but instead of previously diving into a chocolate vat, I'm ignoring it. One positive.

I had some semi-permanent make up on my eyebrows last Wednesday, which is why the post was delayed and the results are fab!

Here's before:

And here's after:

That perked me up and the fact that so many of my clothes are now much looser, prove that whatever the scales say, this is working.

So, my aims for this week are:

Carry on replacing one or two meals a day with the juices, they are packed full of vitamins and good stuff and even if I don't feel like eating, they're easy to drink.

Appreciate how far I've come, I'm going to end this year lighter than I started.

Remember I'm blogging because I enjoy it.

So, how's everyone got on? Please add in your posts below and have a great week :)

You must be doing well if your clothes are looser! <br /> The make up looks fab, have considered it myself, was it painful?<br /> I'm adding two links this week ('cos I'm greedy!)<br /> Reasons to be Cheerful http://nikkicrick.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/reasons-to-be-cheerful_26.html<br /> Cheap Weight Loss Tracker Craft http://nikkicrick.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/cheap-weight-loss-tracker-craft.html

Thanks, for the links! The make-up wasn't that painful, I've had tattoos and the beautician used numbing cream, it did sting like bill-e-o when I went into the fresh air though. I'm considering getting eye liner next but I may chicken out... Thanks for joining in :)
